This week - The House of Lords voted for multiple changes to the government's migration bill. Ahead of the debate, the Archbishops of Canterbury and York urged ministers to back changes to the legislation to ensure a 'just' and 'compassionate' asylum policy. We ask: is government policy towards refugees compassionate enough?
