Sulaiman discovers that Norleena knew about Faisal and Hassan's NF1 the whole time and feels betrayed that it was kept from him. Shruti arrives at Xue Ling's photoshoot not having followed some instructions earlier sent via email, and is chided for her lack of attentiveness. Keely notices that Arjun has a knack for interacting with kids, and encourages him to explore the possibility of a paediatric speciality. Meanwhile, Shruti fears that things between her and Shawn might be moving too fast for her comfort.
