Bhaskar is not too happy about Meera working with Joel, leaving things a little tense between them. Feeling bothered about Meera, a distracted Bhaskar is later informed that a patient he just treated is now in the hospital for emergency surgery. Adam decides to develop a workout program to help pre-enlistees and NSFs to pass their NAPFA and IPPT tests, hoping that it will bring in more customers to the gym.
