It is the biggest scam call centre the team have ever come across, and one of its agents has lured in a man who believes he is talking to an internet retail giant. He thinks they owe him money for a subscription he doesn’t want but, in fact, they’ve got control of his phone, and they are about to get his cash. It is up to Rav and the team to try to stop them.
