As we open the program, Emmy is playing with a yo-yo. Max wants to play, but Emmy says no - he might break it. She puts the yo-yo up somewhere high. Max, determined to try it, gets it down. Predictably, he breaks it. Emmy's fuming mad. Max hopes that the dragons can help. Emmy hopes so too, otherwise, she's out of a yo-yo. They go to Dragon Land. The dragons are jumping rope and singing a jump-rope-related version of ""London Bridges."" Zak and Wheezie get tangled up and land with a hard thud. Max and Emmy appear and explain the problem with the yo-yo. Wheezie tries to repair it with chewing gum. It didn't work. Ord tries using tape. Emmy asks how are they going to get to the string. Ord suggests using the tape as the string. That's not a good idea, as Ord ends up ""mummifying"" his hand with the tape, he gets wrapped all around. Simon, a gnome and one of the funniest looking characters in the series appears.
