Gregor raided Saladin's camp and took the entire tribe into captivity. Learning this, Selahaddin took action to save his tribe, but Melik Mevdud appeared before him and Selahaddin and Melik Mevdud came to blows. Sultan Nureddin was caught in the middle of the assassins.

Selahaddin asks Melik Mevdud to get out of his way for the sake of his tribe. His only concern is to get the chest and solve all the issues before Sultan Nureddin comes. Realizing that Melik Mevdud will not retreat, Selahaddin escapes from Mevdud's grasp with one last move. Now he is both a fugitive from the state and his tribe is under great captivity and oppression.
