Episode 18 - S1.E18 - End Point
It turns out that Sami and Al Shamali arranged a fake death for Ghazwan to deceive Azzam. Ghazwan kills Azzam so that Al Shamali can forgive him for killing his son and Sami obtains identity papers for him, then the body disappears and Al Shamali suspects Ghazwan of deceiving him and not killing Azzam.
