P grows uneasy as he watches Pan arrive with the overly friendly young artist. During their trip to Matsue Castle, P notices their closeness and subtly disrupts their interactions. Curious and jealous, P asks Plai about them and learns that fan attention has drawn them closer. That night, P can’t sleep and secretly searches for the artist online. Though jealousy weighs on him, he doesn’t speak up. When Pan steps out of his room, they share a quiet yet emotionally charged conversation. The brief exchange lingers in P’s heart, and he finally falls asleep with a small smile on his face.
