Lu Zhe arranged to hold an expert meeting to discuss and modify the design plan. He worked until night. Qin Laihu brought medicine to Lu Zhe and told him to take care of his health. Han Wangjie went to visit Cui Quan to discuss the "Seaview Water Curtain City" issue and put forward his own views. Lu Zhe fell ill while studying the plan. Han Wangjie rushed to the hospital. Cui Quan advised Han Wangjie to protect Lu Zhe's enthusiasm at this time and not to raise negative opinions. Knowing that Lu Zhe was discharged early, Han Wangjie went to Mayor Lu's office to visit him and sent Lu Zhe's favorite glutinous rice balls.
