Cathy is on the beat and notices 2 men acting strangely. When she tries to arrest them, she is attacked. A black youth not involved tells George about it, who gives chase. Insp. Monroe takes an interest and wants it investigated as a sexual assualt.
Burnside is watching a firm that could be done over by an ex-security guard. Tosh is worried about the security guard. When the raid does go down, Tosh can't get through to the security guard.
