At Miranda's party, tensions escalate when Lovette and Uju clash over Lovette's affair with Uju's ex-husband, Tanko. Miranda's boyfriend Ken is arrested for kidnapping and robbery, leading her to deny any involvement. Victor learns he is dying from advanced syphilis and refuses Peace's pleas to accept salvation before he dies, leaving her devastated. Ima's husband discovers she has been selling their unborn children and throws her out. Aisha's deceitful schemes are exposed, forcing her to flee town empty-handed. Cleo's relationship with Dotsun ends when he refuses to be with her while she remains married to Otumba.
