Together with Alice they make pork and fennel sausage pasta with radicchio. Matilda’s time as a vegan meant she overdosed on boring chickpea dishes, it’s an ingredient well and truly on her banned list. Alice hopes to change her mind with her Roasted Fennel and spiced chickpea agrodolce salad.
