It's Latvian lecturer Signe Jase's turn to host, and she's decided to offer an adventurous menu of Latvian delicacies such as herring salad and salted salmon.
Signe's main is wild boar. It's all too much for Tracey, who refuses to try much of the food, leading to a showdown with Martyn who thinks she's being rude.
