For Dartford's Marie, gravity has taken its toll. While she still enjoys lots of male attention, these days it's not always for the right reasons, and wolf whistles are a distant memory of the past.

Having lost her looks to life in the fast lane, and fags and booze, Marie needs to do something fast to return to the glamour of years gone by.

Shedding the pounds has left Northampton's Jenni playing catch-up when it comes to anti-ageing. In the past she never really cared much for fashion and beauty, but now she harbours aspirations of owning her own catering company and her image needs an overhaul.

But will non-surgical methods provide enough magic for Jenni to turn back the clock?
