Episode 1 - S1.E1

This episode sets the scene for the 2005 theft. It details how an audacious thief broke into the Judy Garland Museum in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, and, using a hammer, smashed the display case to take only the ruby slippers. The investigation begins with very little to go on, with the police's only clue being a single red sequin left behind at the crime scene. The series also explores the theory of an "inside job" due to the museum's security systems not being operational at the time of the theft.
