The Qidan is invading the Song Dynasty. There are divergent opinions among government officials over whether to fight against or to negotiate with the Qidan. Emperor CHIU HONG-YAN consults the Tui Bei Tu, a reportedly very accurate prophetic book, for a decision. He, nevertheless, cannot understand the book at all. At a loss, he thinks of LEE SHING-TIN, descendant of LEE SHUN-FUNG who predicted years ago that he would be draped with the imperial yellow robe by his supporters one day. The imperial court offers a reward of a hundred taels of gold for the arrest of TIN. YIP YEUNG, who comes from a well-off family, is very interested in the Tui Bei Tu and pledges to get it at any cost. Someone wants to kill YUEN HEI and his mother.
