HILDA decides to raise the baby alone without letting LEUNG know he is the father. LEUNG starts working at “PLUTO”. When IDA learns that HILDA is pregnant, she despises her. VENUS, on the other hand, tries to coax her into an abortion. She keeps telling her about the bad side of advanced maternity and of a child without a father. HILDA is at crossroads. She is nearly hit by a car when she is thinking while crossing a road. Fortunately, LEUNG passes by and saves her. LEUNG offers to be the father of the child and help raise it when he learns that HILDA wants to have an abortion. He tries to talk her out of the thought and HILDA doesn’t know what to do. LEUNG brings HILDA to visit the orphanage where he grew up and tells her that he had always wanted a son.
