Baker and Trisha have a very special arrangement. For years they've been spending one scheduled weekend a year together to have a discreet affair, regardless of any current relationships with others. They begin the weekend rendezvous as usual, but this year something's different. Baker has his current girlfriend Alicia stashed nearby, and he proposes to her on the beach. While he is out, Trisha's current boyfriend Conrad shows up and they also get engaged.
