NA points out that KIT is likely to lose the case, which will in turn cause their legal firm to suffer loss. She gives him a good telling-off and blames him for failing to give her a sense of security. VINCENT and JESSICA come to where the accident happened and they discover that the victim ERIC had had a quarrel with his wife BONNIE and that he had thought of killing himself before he ran into the road. VINCENT pays BONNIE a visit hoping to reach a settlement with her, but in vain. BEN goes to the store to which SAM set fire. He checks around to look for evidence, during which he finds that the storekeeper FAT is a grumpy fella who has a nasty suspicious mind. As invited, BEN and LING go to SAM’s home to have dinner.
