Because of the car crash of MARK, the business of HERO downturn rapidly and increases the pressure on HERO also. SANG advises FUNG to investigate the death of MARK in a different perspective. Meanwhile, the murderer of LUNG, RAMBO is found dead in the sea. The concurrence makes FUNG to believe that YEUNG is more suspicious than HO.

YEUNG orders to kill SUNG ZI KIT, who is the pupil of HO. Luckily, GI shows up on time and saves his life. On the other hand, YEUNG kills ZHANG publicly, however, he is still able to escape after a severe fire battle with the police. GI knows that YEUNG has been fled away; therefore, she tries to block and capture him. Although she arrests YEUNG at the end, she injures seriously also. Knowing that the job is so dangerous, HERO intends to persuade GI to resign.
