Gu Shushi (Ren Dahua) is a legendary figure. He was originally the eldest son of a banker. He grew up in a wealthy family and has a bold personality. He prefers not to be in a small circle of upper class people. Although he has the opportunity to inherit his father's business, he has no ambition. Later, his family was tragically seized by a traitor and turned into a ruin. Soseki was affected by this, and his personality became more realistic and willing to start from a low level, turning to Qi Qiangwei (Deborah), a strange woman.
