
Broccoli Souffle - S2.E2 - The People's Pantry
1 pkg broccoli (cooked & drained)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Diced onion (to taste)
1/2 c mayonnaise
2 eggs (beaten)
*Pepperidge Farms dressing or breadcrumbs
Mix all together and top with sharp grated cheese and butter.
Bake 20 – 30 min at 350.
*Use just enough Pepperidge Farms dressing or bread crumbs in this to “tighten” it up, as it is too thin without it.
Serves 4.
