When Ki takes over the job, Shiu Cheung has already transferred most of the assets to his own account. The bank is then faced a financial crisis. He even informs the government so as to make the bank incurred a great? debt. He thinks that he can force Ki giving up her shares by this mean. Oi Mui gets the evidence of Shiu Cheung's illegal account and forces him to correct himself. Shiu Cheung aims at capturing the evidence and carelessly pushes Mui down from a building. Mui eventually dies. Chi Chung is very surprised with Mui's death. He draws the conclusion that it's done by Cheung. He then waits a chance to revenge. Ki is so upset that she gets drunk. She even takes this opportunity to have a quarrel with Cheung. She hits him in confusion and escapes. Pretty soon, Cheung's corpse is discovered and Ki is the suspect……
