When Ki takes over the job, Shiu Cheung has already transferred most of the assets to his own account. The bank is then faced a financial crisis. He even informs the government so as to make the bank incurred a great? debt. He thinks that he can force Ki giving up her shares by this mean. Oi Mui gets the evidence of Shiu Cheung's illegal account and forces him to correct himself. Shiu Cheung aims at capturing the evidence and carelessly pushes Mui down from a building.
