For older adults who practice hiking or mountaineering, their physical effort should not exceed their possibilities, nor is it recommended that they do it without guides, or in places without security or surveillance. However, it is highly likely that you will have a great day doing some climbing, visiting uncharted areas and hiking in natural terrain.
