Is it better than the 2017's one? Kinda...

Yeah, there is much more storytelling, but the main idea and the final outcome is the exact same. I mean you can polish old car howmany times you want, but is still the same old car, right? Same here with the whole "Snyderverse". DC are already ahead of his vision and this movie does nothing except to please the Snyder crowd.

Snyder is very good with the visuals and this is a known fact. The problem is, that you can't make motion pictures for 4 straight hours and telling people, that this is great idea. Maybe, if you're 14 and still loving the 2010's CGI, slow motion all the way and action over the actual story.

The effects are questionable, yeah they're better than 2017's, but this ain't some big achievement in my book. The villains looks like plain CGI puppets, there is nothing that resonate with me and no, I'll not compare Darkseid with someone from his rank, but you can do the math.

There're some plot holes, that ruin the whole DCEU continuity once again and this is just because Snyder thinks only about his 3 movies, not the grand scale of this universe. Some characters look complete different just because...he like them this way?

I still can't believe somehow you think adding characters like The Flash, Cyborg, Aquaman, Martian Manhunter, Darkseid and more for first time it's good for the bigger picture. There is no actual gradation, there is no empathy.

Still, there are some great shots, particularly with Batman and Superman. I said earlier that Snyder is a "painter", that's why my review is named "Style Over Substance". The nightmare sequence was the most interesting thing for me in this movie, added to the story we already know it feels like a whole other movie which is not a complete lie if you think about it. Snyder's plan was to make sequel where he explores this story and Darkseid eventually becomes the big baddie.

The music score is better (I appreciate great epic tracks). In some places it's overdramatic, but overall it's fine.

I'm glad that finally his vision is out, no matter that I think he changed a lot of things, knowing there will be no JL 2 soon. I just really hope this whole drama to end now.

Is it a good movie? Yeah, if you compare it to the bad cosplay show from 2017, but knowing that the story is basically the same, with more pompous scenes and still some bad CGI effects, I would say no.

Great visuals if you press the pause button constantly, not a great movie.

I don't quite understand the hate the movie is getting. Too many people expected full comic book accuracy with Taskmaster, which would have been hard to accomplish and harder to fit in the story they were trying to tell. I understand the disappointment from fans who expected that full Taskmaster story, but do not think it means that this movie was a flop. Florence Pugh was excellent in the film and the chemistry between her and Scarlett Johansson was great. Good fighting sequences except for parts of the third act where the CGI was very noticeable. Plus that end credit scene was amazing. One of my only complaints is that Marvel stated you wouldn't need to watch the shows to understand the movies but if you hadn't seen falcon and the winter solider the end credits may not make a 100 percent sense. At least make it clear the shows are a must watch if you are going to make them necessary to understand certain things. Overall a great movie.

That was a freakin' blast! The story is complex, interesting, it fills some gaps in the MCU and simultaneously is a great origin story for the character of Shang-Chi.

The whole cast is amazing, I mean there is so much chemistry between them. Simu Liu and Tony Leung are phenomenal in their respective roles. The Mandarin tho...so well created character.

The movie is amazing bridge between East and West culture. There is so much to explore, much like Wakanda. The history of Shang's culture is so rich.

The fight choreography is absolute kick in the gutts...in a good way. I mean this is something completely new for the MCU and they deliver it again! Everything looks so goddamn good and I can't help myself thinking about some scenes! Also, the colors, the effects, the camera work and etc. Everything is magnificent.

There is humor for sure, but there is also emotional impact. This is not some bland action packed movie, it's made with heart from fans for the fans. Kudos to the director Destin Cretton!

Killer soundtrack and the main song for the movie "Run It" fits so good with all.

There are a few surprises, that were hidden from the promos and trailers and man...just wait to see them.

About the credit scenes...they are two, both are good, but one of them is...SICK!

For sure deserves more than one viewing in the cinema, so much story building, details, action, fun. The people who underestimated this movie will be so surprised how great is it.

The Suicide Squad is an upgrade in every conceivable way when compared to the 2016 movie. Its also a really fun, gory, colorful and a fresh take on the DC universe when compared to the dull, dark and overly edgy garbage of Movies like Batman vs Superman. As well as that, its nice to see a cast of characters that would likely never see the light of day in any other DC movie, Polka Dot man being a prime example. The casting itself was also really well done with Daniela Melchior being the standout to me.

Overall I loved this movie, it was such a breath of fresh air in, at times, today's over saturated superhero movie genre and I would highly recommend that people go see this film in cinemas for a truly unforgettable experience.

Personally, I find that every time I watch "Doctor Strange," I enjoy it slightly more than I did before. I suppose it comes down to my belief that "Doctor Strange" is far more rooted in reality than many other Marvel movies. Whereas many others have storylines that audiences and humanity in general cannot exactly relate to, "Doctor Strange" (simply put) follows a man who loses his way.

After a bad car accident, Dr. Stephen Strange finds that he is unable to continue his work as a surgeon, and essentially spirals into despair. He eventually finds salvation in the mystic arts, finally understanding that the world does not revolve around him and becoming involved in a battle to save Earth. In terms of Marvel stories, that is fairly simplistic.

Let me make myself clear: "Doctor Strange" is in no way a simple movie. Many scenes (especially those in the mirror dimension) are some of the trippiest scenes to ever grace a Marvel title. We're talking "Inception"-level chaos. What I mean is that the story itself is fairly simplistic, which allows audiences to sympathize with Strange. Almost everyone has had or will have a crisis of faith. It's something we can understand, and I think that makes "Doctor Strange" a very solid film.

On another note, the characters and cast in this movie are spot-on. Benedict Cumberbatch is literally PERFECT at being an arrogant neurosurgeon-turned Master of the Mystic Arts, Rachel McAdams is perfect as the down-to-Earth and often extremely confused Christine, and Benedict Wong is wonderful as... Wong. Huh. I never noticed they had the same name. Anyways, they're all hilarious in some way. Tilda Swinton (The Ancient One) and Mads Mikkelsen (Kaecilius) are more serious in tone, but both still have marvelous performances. I won't really mention Mordo, because he's a little annoying (even though I suppose that's purposeful). Chiwetel Ejiofor still does a great job of playing him though.

So overall, I really enjoy "Doctor Strange" nowadays. I suppose its more realistic approach to characters was a little off-putting to me at first, but I think I've warmed up to it.

This week I've decided to make a Star Wars' week. I watched all 8 episodes and the last two (7 and 8) left me feeling betrayed and utterly disappointed. Luckily, I still had to see this one and Han Solo film (I really don't know If I want to risk and watch the latter). Rogue One fits perfectly in the Star Wars saga, it has the feeling of grandeur, seriousness. Yes, there are some jokes but they don't make this film a farce like it happened to the 8th instalment.

The main hero is a woman but she isn't annoying and she isn't a super human. Nobody is a super human, there is no place for magic and the laws of physics and the force aren't violated, as neither is viewers intelligence. The plot is simple but it delivers. The characters from older films are treated with respect. I give this film a perfect score because it is truly a Star Wars film. I was sitting on the edge of the seat and couldn't look away from the screen during the fighting scenes, they were so intense and spectacular . Thank you.

The final outing of Wolverine by Hugh Jackman is one unforgettable ride and one of the best comic-book movies in recent memory. Directed by James Mangold-who was also at the helm of "The Wolverine" (2013)- Logan creates a character-driven, violent and emotional film, which benefits from its rated-r rating. The acting, action and story of Logan are one-of-a-kinds in the superhero genre, as the cast, headed by Hugh Jackman, Patrick Stewart and newly- introduced Dafne Keen, play their characters to the fullest. It is unlike any other X-Men film, definitely the best in the series and deserves the praise it's getting.

When I saw the first trailer drop, headlined by Johnny Cash's "Hurt", I instantly knew we would be getting something different from everything else that has dropped since the first X-Men film in 2000. The brutality and intensity of the characters pay off in this almost two-and-a- half hour that redefines the superhero genre, and I hope pays dividends for future movies to come.

The introduction of X-23 was a big win as well. She is played by Dafne Keen, and though doesn't say much, plays her role very well. Her connection with both Hugh and Patrick creates a family-orientated environment that makes the movie a whole lot better, especially seen in certain scenes.

Lastly, as much as I want the character of Wolverine to continue being played on the big screen, it would be better for everyone if they didn't re-cast the role, as no-one would be able to play the role much like the legendary Hugh Jackman.

Overall, Mangold and the cast, create a masterfully orchestrated film that will be remembered for years to come. Not only is it a great film, but it is the last time we will be able to appreciate and witness Hugh Jackman and Patrick Stewart in the X-Men universe.

Full disclosure: I love the first Guardians of the Galaxy movie, and it wasn't until 3 years after this movie came out that I finally saw it (there are several reasons for that). I'd heard from others that this movie was very good, but not quite as strong as the first one. After seeing this movie finally though, I don't know what they were talking about. This movie was every bit as strong as the first movie, if not stronger in a lot of ways.

I won't spoil anything about this film, but I will say that Quill's father is one of the most interesting characters they've had in marvel films, and the fact that he's played by Kurt Russell certainly doesn't hurt. The story is more interesting and fun than the original, with a lot of very well crafted jokes within the movie. There are some that overstay their welcome just a little bit, but as a whole, they are all great.

My favorite aspect of the film was there was no sign of MCU in this movie really at all. There were no random cameos from other marvel superheroes, and there was no "infinity stones" or other nonsense like that in this movie. Not saying those things are bad necessarily, but it just feels so nice not having to deal with unnecessary shoehorning in of Marvel things. This was kept relatively tame in the first one as well, but the macguffin in that film was an infinity stone, but this film was it's own separate thing and that made it feel fresh. It didn't even feel like a superhero movie all that much if I'm honest.

I don't rate many superhero movies as highly as this, but this one is great. Go watch it if, like me, you put off watching it for fear of not being good.

Well, I think this was a rather different type of DC superheroes movies. This one was felt as a combination of fun and a little bit dark altogether. This movie was telling the origin of Wonder Woman and I think it was told in a very nice way. The earlier part showing Diana since her childhood was quite nice to see. What I loved the most was actually the moment when Diana went to London for the very first time. It was truly fun to see the naivety of her in the "man's world" and I think Gal Gadot's portrayal in these scenes were very spot on.

What I loved about this movie was also the way Diana evolved from the innocent Amazon woman to what she became at the end. I believe the duration of the movie was just nice even though it was a little bit over than 2 hours. Some might feel it was too long at the beginning but it should not be considered as a flaw. My wife and I really enjoyed this movie. I know she was touched during those emotional moments and I know she loved Gal Gadot portraying Wonder Woman.

Chris Pine was charming as Steve Rogers and his chemistry with Gal Gadot seemed very nice. The awkward moments during their trip back to London were very fun to see as well. Steve's allies particularly Sameer was the stand out one. Apart from the fun part, there were also some dark moments and emotional moments as well, reminding us that DC superhero adaptation movies would always have dark tone, but it was not as dark as the other earlier movies. Those of you who prefer lighter tone would definitely be able to enjoy this.

This movie was directed by Patty Jenkins who had just 1 movie to her credit prior to this one, albeit a very highly critically acclaimed one titled Monster (with its main cast Charlize Theron won the Golden Globe and Academy Awards). It was a surprise to me that she was able to make the action sequence looked very cool. The special effects was wonderful. The fight scenes were nice. The sound effects were great, especially since I saw this in a theater with Dolby Atmos sound system. The dramatic, emotional, fun scenes were nicely done by Jenkins. All around I think she did a wonderful job directing this movie and hopefully it would bring more audiences to flock the theaters.

For those who are expecting to see post-credit scene, be informed that this one did not have any, just like in Batman VS Superman: Dawn of Justice. I guess they did not really want to be seen just like any other Marvel movies? (Although there was some brief mid-credit scene in Suicide Squad).

In conclusion, I believe this one was a wonderful superhero movie from DC comics. Not since Elektra in 2005 that a female superhero became the lead of a movie based on comic books. Not even Marvel had it in the Marvel cinematic universe. Perhaps after this, they would be making an independent movie of Black Widow?

Anyway, for those of you who prefer Marvel comics movies compared to DC comics movies due to their lighter tones, I think this one would surprise you. For those who are die hard fans of DC comics, I am sure you would be coming to see this one anyway. But for those who just enjoy the movies adapted from any comic books, you should be able to enjoy this one. Just watch this and you would understand what I meant.

The best "Spider-Man" movie since "Spider-Man 2"

As distinct Tobey Maguire, who was good as the one behind the mask and acceptable as Peter Parker and Andrew Garfield, who was equally bad in both as a regard, Tom Holland excellent combines school life with his new amploa of superhero.

Most of the time the action develops in the school and shows Peter Parkers everyday life, something that we cannot tell about the rest of the 5 movies. I dare to say, that the selection of all these young actors and actresses is an excellent choice, because everyone are fitting in the story and as distinct from "Transformers: The Last Knight" where the kids were one of the most irritate thing, everything here was good.

The best Spider-Man movie for sure! The talented Tom Holland recreates character of the famous superhero from the comics world in the best way. He is at the same time ambitious and funny. Things that are part of the origin story in the comics. His suit is the best and as common as the original one, all these special moves and extras are collected in the suit are something brand new for the audience, but only if you can see what is he capable of. The problem with the previous movies is that we always watching the same story, that this time was skipped to make possible for the new and fresh ideas to come.

Before someone start complaining how this movie is "Iron Man 4", No, it is not "Iron Man 4", the movie is "Spider-Man: Homecoming" and Iron Man is not the big star in this movie. Yes, he is part of it, but that does not mean, that the story is about him. He is just a mentor figure to Peter in his new adventures. Do not put off because of the trailers, because the movie is more than you can see for these two minutes. The spectator will be surprised while watches the movie.

Concerning about the main villain, Michael Keaton kill them with the role of Adrian Toomes/Vulture with good known brilliant acting game. In my opinion his composure is presenting in the movie and make him one of the better MCU villains.

The first and the second act of the movie are progressively very strong and as we know in this situation usually the third one sucks, definitely cannot say that about "Homecoming". The final act is not just as good as the other ones, it's even better.

The movie contains a lot, really a lot of easter eggs, which are really important for the next movie. This is why you need to watch very observing so you can see all of them, but I convince you that you will want to watch the movie at least one more time in the theater.

After the end of the movie, you'll definitely want to see Spider-Man in "Avengers: Infinity War".

If you are long-standing fan of Marvel, you know that you have to stay at your place until the last inscriptions ends, so you can see the two credits, one of them is important, the other...well, you'll see.
